📦 Return Process

Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address (if approved).
⚠ Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

🚚 Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
